Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Council AI (the “Service”), an AI-powered decision advisory tool. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Council AI generates simulated advisory “debates” using large language models. Output is informational and generated by AI. It is not professional legal, financial, tax, or investment advice and must not be relied upon as such. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.

2. Accounts & fair use

Free usage is limited to 5 debates per calendar month per user. Paid plans carry the monthly limits stated on the pricing page. We may rate-limit or suspend abusive, automated, or unlawful use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful content, to attempt to extract another user's data, or to probe, scan, or overload our infrastructure.

4. Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay (and Stripe for international cards). Applicable taxes (including Indian GST) are added where required. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
