Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Council AI handles your data, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

1. What we collect

Decision inputs you submit to the board, an anonymous visitor ID(a cookie used to count your monthly debates), and, if you provide it, your email. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processors — we never see or store card numbers.

2. How we use it

To run debates and return verdicts, to enforce free/paid quotas, to send product email if you opted in, and to improve the Service. We do not sell your data.

3. AI processing

Decision text is sent to large-language-model providers to generate advisor responses. Do not submit secrets, passwords, or third-party personal data you are not authorised to share.

4. Retention

Debates are stored so you can revisit them. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com; we will erase it within 30 days unless retention is legally required.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing email at any time.

6. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie for quota counting and (if enabled) privacy-friendly analytics. No third-party ad tracking.
