Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Council AI subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com. On cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on your first payment. If Council AI isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full.

Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or in cases of a verified service failure on our side.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe, typically within 5–7 business days.
